Great brand new building, the door people make the place! We miss them. We lived there for two years. However, completely unimpressed with the management and how they handled overcharging us. We had submitted proof of our own renters insurance through their portal with Assurant both years. Come to find out later on, they tacked an extra $8 to our monthly rent and refused to pay us back. Just wanted to leave a review for Latonya with her leaving as a new management company takes over. I’ve lived here for over a year now. She’s easily been the best person that works at this building. Super thankful for her over this time period and hope she’s rewarded in her next role. Wish everyone here got things done like her.
I recently toured Foundry Apartments and honestly had such an amazing experience. I was just casually looking around and stumbled upon Foundry, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the building and amenities were. The leasing agent, Lamia, was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and followed up so quickly afterward. The entire experience felt welcoming, professional, and genuinely exciting. Absolutely worth checking out!
So disappointing! The leasing agents and management are absolutely horrible! They are impossible to get a hold of, then you get different responses. It has taken me over 2 weeks to get in touch with anyone. This is absolutely absurd! FYI The positive reviews are incentives
My husband and I came in for a tour and honestly had such a great experience. Lamia was helping us out—she mentioned she had just started at the building, but you’d never guess. She was super friendly, patient, and walked us through all our options without rushing us. The property itself is really nice—very clean, the lobby smells amazing, and there’s a Whole Foods right across the street which is a huge plus. We’re definitely planning on moving here!
