Dont waste your time attempting to have a procedure at this facilty or any of their other facilites. I waited two months for an initial appointment with my doctor. Then waited again for the procedure only to be called a week before the procedure to be told they no longer offer that service on the day the appointment had already been scheduled for. My requests for leave had already been put in for myself and the driver I would need after the procedure and they expect you to be able to change everything instantly. Find someone... read more

My experience was awesome. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The nursing staff really made me feel at ease.

This is supposed to be a medical center. Gender is genetic not optional when filling out medical history this was a question. If doctors don’t know that there is only male or female and it is xx or xy then they should not be doctors. Gender is a biological fact. Not an option to be chosen when when you are suffering from a mental illness. Money appears to be their priority over customer care. My husband has been sick for months, couldn’t work, nausea and vomiting for months. He needed a simple surgery to get his life back. It was scheduled a full month in advance. Since his job doesn’t offer insurance, he doesn’t have it. We understand that we will be saddled with a big bill.
