Self Guided Tours Are A Joke They allow you to schedule self-guided tours 7 days a week but if you show up and the lock doesn’t want to work (the virtual unlock feature won’t connect with the lock nor will it provide you with a code to unlock it manually), you’re screwed because no one is available to help you. Nice looking community but a waste of time driving into town only to be locked out from a scheduled tour.
Most of the other 1 star reviews are accurate. This place is fine until something doesn't work. Getting a resolution to a maintenance request is horrible. The office will avoid and not return calls. Closing in on paying rent for a second time since my dishwasher last worked right.
