The folks in the office were very helpful. They always took the time to listen to any concerns I had and were timely in fixing anything I needed fixed. Good location; walking distance to campus/sporting events, short drive to store, 10 min drive to the lake. Handy spot to be. Very nice facilities
When I first moved here, I loved how nice and spacious the three bed/three bath apartments were. But within the first few days of moving in, the dryer quit working. It took well over a week for maintenance to come fix it, even after reminding the staff almost everyday that we needed it fix. Another problem I had with these apartments is the parking. I lived in building G, which is the nearest to the main office, but all the First Management vehicles take up all the parking spot nearest to the apartment I lived in. This cause... read more
