You have been charging me for equipment for over THREE years after it was returned. Your company came and picked it up from my house. I’ve made several phone calls over the years to your company explaining the situation to be told it has been “handled and we won’t receive any more charges.” Only to keep receiving EOBs from my insurance showing monthly rental fees for said equipment. This is absolutely unacceptable and fraud at this point.
Terrible.
Extremely poor customer service
Your company is charging CIGNA $45 a month for a nebulizer with compressor for the last year. I consider this a rental fee because it will never be paid for. This means this item has cost over $ 500 that is twice what it would cost by a patient.
