Terrible location for a bank. No drive thru. No accessible parking, no parking designated for bank customers
This company has employees that lie and one department doesn't know what the other is apparently doing. My daughter was lied to about her loan by more than one person, resulting in her vehicle being repossessed when it should not have been. Now they want the entire load paid in full. Founders you suck!
Difficult to work with. No IT help.
Dirty little bank. Be advised this is not like other credit unions, these people are ruthless and will not return an erroneous fee under any circumstance. The real kick in the balls came when the (useless) lady transferred me to a desk knowing that the man in question was on holiday in England. As per exorbitant vacations: That's what I would do with stolen money, so no hard feelings there. I can recommend 10 banks and at least two credit unions that have a shred of integrity in this area so by all means learn from my mistak... read more
