Awesome drs and staff (including the admins), easy to schedule, and I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or for the drs to come in. I tell all my friends to go here!
My Wife and I, had been looking for an Eye Care provider, after having my old care giver retire after 40+ years of seeing him. Using VSP sometimes makes that difficult. But from a recommendation from the VSP Dr. Lookup site, we decided to give Founders Eyecare a try. Dr. Raffa is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Raffa is so kind and knowledgeable, and staff is attentive and efficient. My husband and I love our glasses every time.
This place has yet to make one feel like a customer. The doc is great but Devin is a blank. No customer service skills at all.....
A good doctor and a good staff I have been going to Dr. Raffa for a while now and I have never had any problems. I have seen the review that was written by the other person on numerous other sites which made me want to write this. Dr. Raffa and his staff have been nothing but supportive and helpful to me.
