Founders Coffee is the cutest coffee shop in town! From the warm, artsy, European vibes—to the friendly baristas— to the quality food and drinks—Founders in my go-to place to enjoy a relaxing coffee & snack. Got my order to go, but the inside was super cute. I have celiac disease so I'm always skeptical of ordering food to go and if the sandwich bread will be edible. Founder's was a rare find! The sandwich didn't disappoint and to top it off I had to call just to make sure the mini cookie I got was gf and it was. I was shocked- it was delicious! For my gluten free friends, I would recommend Founder's Mercantile!
