This place is all about the Benjamin’s. The therapists were fine, but corporate and management only cared if insurance paid. If not, or if insurance only paid partial, they will drop you. And then, without being told, they will try to make you pay what the insurance company did not. After you explain that you would never have agreed to pay if insurance could not, they will have debt collectors chase after you. All for money that you never agreed to pay. This place is a sanctuary for mental health recovery. The therapists (all of them ...especially Leslie ❤️), office manager (Sydney, you rock), nurse practitioner and program managers (Annie and Andy) are all incredible and truly wants to help and heal. Nonjudgmental and compassionate healing starts here. They create a safe community to recover and grow. They understand and care.... They truly do. Thank you 🙏
