My wife and I were extremely young and used Buffy for the purchase of our first home. We found a condo on a government website for $40k and she showed it to us. I wouldn’t rent from these people, specifically Buffy Schwieger, if you want your security deposit back. I ended my lease and returned the keys to the townhome before the mandated out date due to getting a surgery, which I emailed about. I gave notice that it was back in their possession and received no email back. I asked for an update and a itemized list of any deductions a month later, again received no email back. I applied for one of their rentals, paid the fees and everything and had absolute no contact from either of them. Even if I am not approved for the unit, some communication would have been appreciated. Very disappointing.
