Can I give zero stars? My son is on daily medication. They hold us hostage every time we need a refill. I have to call over and over again. I use their app and send messages with no reply. My son has been without meds for numerous days now and is struggling. Can we say Malpractice?
I don’t know what is going on over there… I have been leaving messages for an entire week, can’t get a hold of anyone, no one is calling back. I’ve tried all lines, new customer, existing, make an appointment, help with medications. This is rediculous. My daughter has been out of meds since Monday which is dangerous. Because of the company change over, insurance needs pre authorization. This is horrible.
I hesitated writing this review as it has been more than a year since I was a patient and it seems Jeff Edleman is no longer listed as a provider, however Bonnie Leynard is still listed and that is concerning. It has taken me a year to start to fully feel back to normal. Thousands of dollars and time was spent trying to treat a disorder I wound up not even having and therefore also then trying to treat the horrible side effects of the unnecessary medications. All of the staff are excellent and genuinely care about you and your family's mental well being and what it takes to improve it.
I started excited & ended very disappointed. FfC was recommended by my therapist for testing, TMS & Ketamine therapy because she is aware that I prefer innovative non-prescription treatments when possible, but needed something more immediate than just therapy. There is no way to speak with someone initially , only leave a message and wait.
