quality work and great service.
We recently purchased an older home and the inspection report, noted a few minor foundation cracks. Lehi and crew; Irving and Daniel were great. They inspected the perimeter, explained their process and answered all our questions. The repairs were fast and they cleaned up all work areas like new. Their quality of work and communication has given us a tremendous peace of mind in our new home. Highly recommend Foundations First.
Highly recommend! These folks are awesome:)) communicative, hard working -for real, they found a sneaky concrete foundation behind the known exterior cinder foundation and followed through with their original bid, broken drill bits and all, to clean the crawlspace, place a moisture barrier, install both a vent and a new plywood hatchdoor. Total rockstars!!!!!!
Lehi, Daniel, and Josselynn crew were fast and efficient they fixed a bunch of small issues and made sure to go over everything and explain the process and reasoning. They even took time to double check some other cracks that i noticed in my garage! Would hire again.
