Arrived when agreed. Did inspection of crawl space to determine number of quake reinforcement brackets to install, failing support pole, and foundation Crack. Upon install discovered brackets wouldn't be mountable in 12 cases. Designed and built their own angle iron supports which would be an improvement on the brackets, and installed these at the original bid price. Professional and considerate. Very pleased. Allen Davis
