I am pleased with the services performed by Foundations First Northwest. Everyone I interacted with from the company, either on the phone or in person, was professional and polite. The job was finished within the time proposed. Pictures documenting the work was part of the package.. The foreman, Lehi went above and beyond by giving explanations throughout the process.
First Foundation did substantial work on a home that needed foundation work prior to sale. The communication was excellent. We were kept up to date on the construction, permitting, every development? We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the project.
Top-notch crew re-shored my sagging floors a year ago and did a fantastic job. The foreman-Matt was well-versed with his knowledge and expertise and the crew members were professional, courteous, efficient and hard working. Some expected settlement occurred within the year so I called Foundations First. They responded promptly and sent Conner and crew to make adjustments and snug everything up. Again, a professional crew and demeanor. I highly recommend this company.
The initial inspection and consultation was thorough, as opposed to another contractor who didn't examine things up close. Work was done efficiently and quickly with good communication, and they cleaned up everything well. I can sleep at night knowing that the necessary repairs are now done!
