I am very disappointed with this office. I had my first appointment on 8/26 at 10am in Bradenton. I was told this was an in-person appointment so I made the 45+ minute drive from my town. I arrived to my appointment at 9:50 when I got a text from my counselor that she needed to reschedule 10 minutes before my appointment. I had called the office they day before to ask about my insurance but they never got back to me so I decided that I would go inside to the front desk to ask my questions.
