Our active family has been seeing Dr Carrie Johnston on and off for over 6 years. She's our go to practioners for any body issue. Knees, shoulder, glutes, back, broken hand, calf, etc.
Dr. Burton is great. I have been a patient of his for years. He is always helpful in helping me heal and providing ongoing guidance to help keep me in top shape. The office at Foundations is always very clean and bright with excellent client service!
