I just called today trying to figure out how to get my records. I was a patient there for two years. Receptionist was rude and audibly irritated. Told me she could not find my records, transferred my call to the director who I left a message with, and she never even called back. I was not notified that she was out of office. Thanks for the help 🙄 I’m not sure if you didn’t search hard enough for my records or genuinely don’t have them, but either way that indicates some serious incompetence on your part.
Jennifer Kinney is terrible. She goes to work everyday and helps clients and their families and works on their home life and getting kids the help they need but she has kept her own children away from their father for the last three years. She will not allow her girls to see their father or their half siblings. She is awful and a hypocrite going to work everyday helping people and yet denying her own girls father to be a part of their lives. Don't have Jennifer Kinney as your case manager!!!
I live by the words I just read. So true...I will definely be sharing these sayings I know some who could benefit from reading them.
