I used to live in that place, overall experience is below fair , I don’t recommend it at all based on my experience, I am going to highlight more on the weakness point , firstly management is not trained on how to handle and provide customer services , hopefully that will be looked at by their corporate to maintain professionalism if they you want to sustain and ramp up their business , secondly waste management in the facility is a big joke , only one trash bag is allowed more than that they will not pick it up and in addit... read more

Improved a lot since new admin took over a few months ago. Name changed to Rosemary, and has become a great place to live since. New staff is very friendly and helpful. Remodeling and revamping going on everywhere. Hope new admin stays for a long time.
