I would give them zero stars if I could. I applied for a rental property that advertised first month rent free on 5/28. They advertise 5-7 application processing yet I had to reach out to them on day 7 with no response. I reached out again 9 days later after they suddenly tried to put me in another house with no promo at all and costs more in monthly rent. I said no.
