After many months of being in pain the knowledgable staff at Foundation Performance had me back on the road in no time! Not only were they prompt in treating me they went out of their way to meet my needs and my very busy schedule. They are current in all areas of treatment utilizing techniques that were very new to me ie. "Dry needling"which litetally took my pain away in one session. I highly recommend Foundation performance!
I had rotator cuff surgery for a bad tear in March of 2014. Lynn Johnson at the Plainville office was my PT, and I couldn't say enough good things about her. Tough when she needed to be, and my shoulder feels great! Thanks!
The front office has had a lot of turnover lately making communication very difficult and disorganized. It took me weeks to schedule an initial evaluation, and then more weeks of waiting to decide which Therapist would do the evaluation. Finally the initial evaluation was done, but trying to get answers about the evaluation was difficult and the P.T. was not very good in responding to phone calls. The staff at the facility in Warren, RI are exceptional! This is not your run of the mill physical therapy place. They explain everything to you, ask what it is you want from your treatment, they go above and beyond. My orthopedic was impressed at the progress of my healing of my knees. They ask you what your goals are and what to expect. I had an Injury and they found the underlying cause of the injury. They treat the body as a whole. Foundation performance is hand down the best and I give all the credit of recovery from my injury to Mike and his amazing staff
I was able to get in for an evaluation immediately and Rob was very thorough in explaining the reason for my knee pain. After a single session, I was able to walk out of the office, rather than hobble. I'm very optimistic about my recovery and possibility of running again.
