I had long-haul COVID symptoms fatigue dizziness anxiety that no one could explain. What I really liked about Dr. Roman and Foundational Health was that he took the time to really listen to me. I had more going on than just Covid. They understood the neurological side of what I was going through. Their blend of functional medicine and neuro-rehab changed everything for me.....
After dealing with mold illness and chemical sensitivities , I was barely functioning. Traditional medicine had no solutions. The team here listened, tested thoroughly, and designed a plan to retrain my brain and detox my system. I’ve got my energy and clarity back!
I really enjoyed working with the team at Foundational Health. Jordan is awesome to talk to and is always warm and welcoming. I started with them 6 months ago and it's been a huge change for me and my health. My brain fog has officially lifted and I don't react to foods the way that I used to. The diet recommendations have definitely helped and I have way more energy now that my body is less inflamed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone suffering from a chronic health condition.
Dr. Roman and his team are amazing. I was struggling with a number of health conditions; digestive problems, diabetes and overall just feeling constant fatigue and poor energy. I'm so thankful that I started working with Dr. Roman and his team a few months ago. Last year, was one of the most challenging years of my life and to go from where I was, and how horrible I felt, to finally having an answer and starting to feel like I'm recovering, is truly incredible. I suffered with autoimmunity for the last 10 years and I feel like I've made huge strides in how it affects me. If this keeps going, I'll be unstoppable. Thank you so much for all of your help!
