Wow, when I'm there I feel so comfortable! At first I was super scared what it would be like and what I'd have to do, but everyone is so relaxed, kind, and open that you can't not help but feel good about yourself and your care.
I can't say enough about this place. I have struggled for years. Unable to have a BM for 15 days. And if I did was nothing. I was in so much pain. Test after test and dr after dr. My last dr. Was going to remove my colon and said wait let's try Foundational concepts 1st. I am beyond Thankful for my doc saying try this. These women "Jenn and Sarah" you both are Amazing. I haven't felt this way in 10 years. No pain going to bathroom. And finding out that pelvic floor plays a major part in so much. I haven't had painless sex in... read more
Amazing place! I have worked with Sarah Dominguez for almost a year on and off. She not only takes the time to listen to your concerns, but she explains in details what the plan of treatment will be. I love going to see her and have gotten to know the other PT's in the clinic as week. Everyone treats each other like one big family! If you need ANY help with Pelvic Floor problems, at least call Foundational Concepts!
