Don’t get caught up on Drew’s suaveness; he’s just your typical used car salesman. Our project is 6 months behind schedule due to their lack of knowledge and inexperience. I recently found out that they have never completed a building themselves but have worked for another general contractor to complete projects. The only thing Drew cares about is Beverly Hills lunch’s and golf. I have yet to see him at any of our ownership meetings.
