Recently purchased a home in Madison the Burt and company previously made repairs. I am having foundation issues again and called them out to take a look. I have called multiple times, been told someone will call me back. Several weeks and multiple follow up calls and no answer! Buyer beware!!!
Not Recommending
I’ve been waiting on a call back since before 2020. I was patient during COVID, I was asked to be patient during his personal family health issues, and I was. I have made over 20 calls. I even visited the office and was told my address was on some board in the back and someone should be getting back with me soon. The lady who answers the phone is no help, she just screens calls.
