I have been waiting on them to call me back for a year since we have “life time warranty”, and they have never call back or come to the house. I call the about 2 times a month and no answer. Too bad I can’t afford another company since I have “life time warranty”.
Recently purchased a home in Madison the Burt and company previously made repairs. I am having foundation issues again and called them out to take a look. I have called multiple times, been told someone will call me back. Several weeks and multiple follow up calls and no answer! Buyer beware!!!
