Jeremy Brown was very thorough explaining everything he saw in our crawlspace. He performed an annual sump pump inspection, plus he recommended a sealed liner. The foundation repair team just finished with my house yesterday. It was quite a process as they were forced to install 11 of the 12 pylons through the basement floor in my house because most of my house is recessed into a hillside. From start to finish the team was professional and courteous. I had one issue with the way the cement was finished so I visited the main office to discuss the situation. Chris Boyd and his team at Groundworks Colorado (Grand Junction division) are working w Phase II of the Hunter Creek Condominium Association in Aspen, CO, on a pilot-project to conceive how to contend w crawl-space issues present since original building construction, in 1970. Justin, Jeff & Raymundo arrived in March, 2024 and did great work during the first wave of the pilot project.
