Recommended4 months ago a gave birth to my baby boy and I had to go through vacuum delivery and episiotomy. I did not recover quick and my OBGYN recommended to visit this place and do physical therapy. I was very skeptical in the beginning thinking what they could possibly do to make me feel better again. And I was wrong, after the second session I did not have the tension anymore and after 5 sessions I was almost pain free, after my 7th session I’d say my recovery is at 95%. Gina has worked with me for many months to strengthen my pelvic floor. Traditional pelvic exercises were not working due to nerve damage from spinal surgery. Gina began pelvic floor muscle Stim with me as a hopeful last resort. After a few months of stimulator therapy, my bladder urgency and frequency improved dramatically. I am so pleased with the results of the stimulator treatment. Gina instilled the faith that she had in me and the Stim treatment and I am forever grateful.
Foundation Physical Therapy gets 5 stars, for all around well run office, friendly and knowledgeable staff and most importantly effective therapy. I highly recommend them!
Foundation physical therapy is awesome!! Doing the exercises that Gina suggested helped me tremendously!! But, you have to do exactly what she says to get perfect RESULTS!!!
Dr. Gina Parsonis is the best doctor around! I was very nervous when I started, but Dr. Gina's caring demeanor and positivity that I'd be back to normal in no time made me feel at ease. She and her staff are so kind and caring, I always felt welcomed and actually looked forward to going there twice a week :) It's bittersweet that today was my last treatment, but if I ever need any PT again in the future, I'll know exactly who to turn to.
Dr. Gary, Gina and staff are absolutely amazing! My treatment was spot on and I felt relief after one visit. They are professional, yet kind and caring, making you feel like family. This is the best PT I have received- ever!!! Thank you all!
