I was going to give 3 stars.. This place could be a bit more specific on a fee cost especially out of pocket, I came here now it's a different amount, fine but be more specific on phone, Yes Julie is kool and Handel her business Hopefully I give 5 stars 🌟 one day
THIS PLACE SUCKS, I WAS BUSY AND COULDN'T FIND A NEW ONE YET, YOUR KIDS CAN NOT GET USE TO A DOCTOR, ITS ALWAYS A NEW ONE BUT MY SITUATION IS MY INSURANCE NOT EFFECTIVE UNTIL FEBRUARY 1ST, BUT WE GET AN APPOINTMENT FEBRUARY 17TH TO KEEP KIDS IN SCHOOL FOR A IMMUNIZATION SHOT SO I PAY OUT OF POCKET TO GET A FASTER DATE AS A WALK-IN (OVER THE PHONE) HOW MUCH? $24 I SPECIFICALLY SAID FOR ALL 3? I love this office for my children. The staff is very warm and welcoming and they really care about what they do! This was a great choice for my family when I decided to seek new medical care for my children!!!
You guys have to tighten up. How are you calling more patients to the back without even seeing the patients you already called. It’s causing dysfunction and chaos. You have people with sick children and even worse who have to wait for hours upon hours at this establishment. Please do not take the time out of your day to respond to this message. Instead, take that same time to hire more professionals to actually bring some sort of help to your place of care.
Great office. Respectful and kind to parents. They try their best to accommodate emergencies and letters although healthcare overall got chaotic after the CoVid.
