I was doubtful about the effect on my emotions and thought processes at the beginning of my care plan with Andrew. However after 2 weeks I found that I was thinking much more positively and returning to the happy personality that I had been. Andrew has not only assisted my areas of pain, but how I view life in general.
Experienced Dr. Andrew in a Neurostructural Breathwork session. Wow - the combination of breath, somatic and physical work was amazing. I've done a lot of different breath and movement and meditation work, and what Dr. Andrew does is really powerful. I had a tension in my spine release spontaneously during a breath exercise that I had not been able to get resolved through traditional means. Just amazing. can only recommend!
Andrew is about the cause and not just a quick fix. He provides a safe space to help work through what is at the root of pain and his knowledge is amazing. I appreciate his assistance to get out of my own way. No more bandaids but real wholistic solutions. I have learnt so much...
