Worked with Nicholas Andrews. Thinking I was interested in a VA refinance to consolidate debt I asked Nick run the numbers and see if a refi was the right thing to do. Nick came back and recommended a HELOC that would use my equity and reduce closing costs. Nick kept me informed daily and the closing was super fast! It was a pleasure working with Nick and will definitely work with him again in the future.
Nicholas helped me tremendously, and got me what i wanted! He was able to navigate the incredible bureaucracy( i had a very complex loan request) and at the same time ease my nervousness with a good sense of humor and data, actual data.
