No long waits here, Rosie is great. Very sweet and always professional.
She is very precise at taking my blood. Quick and eddicient.
Rosie was 100 percent unprofessional. I went in for blood work, she let me know that my insurance was not active. I let her know that I had the letter showing proof that my PPO was active. I asked Rosie if she could call the card to verify eligibility. Rosie said that she does not call the numbers on the card. I work for a very big Company, and we are always sending our employees for drug screens. I have never once had to deal with such a unprofessional person.
