Love the lab technician that took my blood made me feel comfortable and talk to me while I was getting my blood work done. I’m super scared of needles, but she made the process so easy.
I have nothing but great words for this lab.
Today as I was in the waiting room Sarah was talking to another patient and was saying the “gay and transgender thing” was “getting on her nerves.”- She is free to believe whatever she wants, but in a professional setting she shouldn’t be making those comments because you never know if your patients are a part of that group and it can make them feel uncomfortable.
