I live in the mountains 2 hours away. They have made me bring my 2023 Carnival in 4 times for the same warranty work one more than a month. They sent me home each time only for me to find that they had broken something else. On the good side, the warranty is very good. No charge for any of the service.
We did our initial dealing over the phone with John as we live out of state. He gave us the best deal over the phone. He was out of town when we were able to make it to the car dealership and that’s when we worked with Carlos. He was amazing! Give us the best deal, beat another Kia dealer for price and gave us a great deal on our trade. I highly recommend working with John and Carlos and this Kia dealership. They beat all the other dealers around.
