Worst place to take a car, never any communication. Edit- they are no longer Foundation Hyundai and will not honor the maintenance package i bought prior. Seems like they where being shady and ripping people off, time to get a lawyer 🤔
Communication is not a strong suit at all. Sat waiting over 3 hours for my car only to find out it was done 2.5 hours earlier. The 'Track Status's never updated and the advisor I worked with walked by me 5 times and didn't say anything. Finally had to go get a status update myself. I was offered 10% off next time but I won't need it.
Service manager is incredibly helpful and the staff are fantastic!
I have been coming here since I got my car , and I have the worst time and experience. I came in a few months ago for an oil change and mentioned that my check engine light was on and that it would go off and go back on they said they’d check it out and let me know what was going but when I went to pick up my car they didn’t tell me anything about it and told me I had to leave my car for a week to run a diagnostic well I took my car to another place today and they found exactly what was wrong without having to keep my car fo... read more
