I have been leasing a home through the Foundation for almost 2 years. I like their maintenance process. They have a portal where you put in a request, and they get back to you right away and schedule someone to come over and fix whatever needs fixing. Adrian Gutierrez helped me today, and the turnaround was great. He called quickly after I placed the order and had a vendor over the same day. Great service!
