I had a great experience working with Foundation Homes. Christopher was a total pro and so nice to work with. Renting a home isn't as easy as it used to be, and he was so patient and efficient in helping us process the application and moving through the approvals process. I definitely recommend working with them - they definitely advocate for the owners of the property while also making the process as seamless as possible for the renters.
Shawn Walker was a pleasure to deal with. While Foundation Homes is highly bureaucratic and requires even highly qualified applicants to go through numerous hoops, having been an insurance company executive I understand, yet hate, bureaucracy.
I worked with Khristine and Aldo, and they were both extremely prompt and helpful in helping to show me a home for rent, and guiding me through the application process. I appreciate their level of professionalism.
