I was having lower back pain and found Dr. Clay and Foundation health Chiropractic and started going to my sessions with Dr. Garret, have been going since June 2nd 2021 and it is a very friendly office and encouraging literature each week. I’ve been seeing Dr. Clay off and on for few years now. I was experiencing mid back pain due to my constant strenuous work position. His extensive knowledge and experience enabled him to pin point the source of my back pain which stemmed from my neck. Dr Clay has always been able to adjust me according and relieve my pain and thereby increase my overall health and well-being!! I strongly recommend you consult Dr Clay for any chiropractic needs!!
Dr Clay is the best. I never thought so many of my health issues could be being caused by my spine being out of alignment. He has impeccable bed side manner and really cares for his patients well being. If I had not found him, I would love in this pain the rest of my life and possibly would walk bent over or in a wheelchair. He is way different than any other chiropractor I ever seen. He teaches his patients how to read and understand the exrays and how the spine effects the entire body.
Dr. Clay is such a Godsend! My sciatica has been flaring up since Friday. I tried one of those big box chiropractic places to remain nameless on Saturday, and there was no difference after leaving there. I felt instant relief today and I am so grateful!
