We got Pergo Timbercraft laminate installed through Lowe's and they were the preferred installer. I called and asked about the negative reviews - they mentioned they had a few prior bad apples. I get it. The gentleman who came out for measurements was great, very knowledgeable and very personable. The installation crew I believe were sub contractors but that didn't matter because they were incredible. They removed our baseboards, reattached and caulked them. They did a great job. Please don’t waste your time with them. They are the contractor for Lowe’s and have terrible customer service. I’m not sure how they got that gig but go to Home Depot or anywhere else and save your time and headaches.
They did a great job installing our new Vinyl floors! We are very happy with how everything went from start to finish. Installers showed up on time both days, and did a stand up job! I highly recommend using them through Lowe’s.
We bought Carpeting through Lowe's in Martell and Foundation Floors in Sacramento handled arrangement for the installation. After the Carpet came into Lowe's making an appointment was swift and the installers were made available the next day. The Carpet was installed well and clean-up by the installers was done very well. We were quite satisfied with our purchase and the service provided.
