Thank you “Coach” Jen Messick, Personal Trainer. Jen provided customized workouts to ensure proper technique and safety. She made adjustments as needed before, during and after our 1:1 sessions. She was motivating and increased my confidence. As an older woman, I especially appreciated her help with improving balance, flexibility and strength.
