I've been going to Brea for about 5 years now and have had great results. Initially I went to strengthen my core due to low back issues. Been pain free for years now and as a bonus I have greatly increased my strength and flexibility too. Brea has variable options for both personal and group training and can meet the needs of a wide diversity of clients. I look forward to meeting with my group each week and enjoy the friendships I have made.

Barre Class is Amazing!! Must check in out!! As a massage therapist Brea's class works my body but not to the point I have to have a long recovery time can't wait to see her tomorrow 10am Whoot whoot!!
