About to press charges. Submitted a 10,000 dollar earnest money deposit for a home in Troy, the check was taken and deposited. Currently in a legal dispute to get the deposit back when we decided to not purchase the property. Per my attorney, Kelly has admitted the escrow account has been emptied out which is highly illegal. Kelly is blaming Brian, and Brian is blaming Kelly. Either way, the money was illegally taken from the escrow account.
