Your customer service was great and down to earth. I originally sent my request in for a refinance quotation on 8/6/2012. I closed on 8/25/2012 which is 19 calendar days from the original inquiry. I think that is exceptional. Your customer service was great and down to earth. Thanks for the daily contact during this refinance process. This made the process much easier to deal with.
