Foundation Doctor is a great company to work with. They were prompt, professional, fair and trustworthy. Weve used other companies that have tried to sell us stuff that we dont need. After being discouraged with the service of others, we contacted Foundation Doctor for recommendations/service for our crawlspace. Wonderful Crew, professional, considerate and they were on time every time. Workmanship was top excellent. Very pleased with the workmanship underneath our 40 plus year old place we call home. The Foundation crew worked very hard. But mostly important very respectable to my 80 year old mother, she just loved them. I'm sure she would had feed them if they would had let her. When you call the typical foundation and crawlspace company, the common response is "We'll send someone out to give you a quote". It is very difficult to get a knowledgeable person on the phone. Vince at Foundation Doctor was nice enough to give me his time on the phone to discuss my issues. He then volunteered to come out to take a look for himself since it was a somewhat unusual situation. I contacted Foundation Doctor for an estimate to repair and replace foundation and footings on a garage. They were timely with their estimate and very responsive to questions. Their Customer Service is excellent. I would highly recommend hiring Foundation Doctor. ******

Our crawl space was sealed and dehumidified during the Covid-19 lockdown. That said, our initial appointment was rescheduled because one of the crew was not feeling well. We so appreciate their efforts to adhere to health and safety guidelines! The crew promptly turned up at the next assigned date, wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing. When it came time to seal and dehumidify my crawlspace, there was never any doubt as to who I would use to do the work. I have heard many good things about the Foundation Doctor from friends and neighbors, and they did not disappoint. They were courteous, professional, arrived on time, and finished and they said they would. All of my questions were fully answered and I was informed of the process every step of the way. I would highly recommend them!
