I had my first root cancel at 10 years old. That set a life time of fear of Denist. Dr Jami Shepler has taken that fear away. I have had so many root canels and other work done. The team Dr.Shepler has put together is more then outstanding. They are well educated in their trade. Dr Shepler is a angle dentist on earth.He is compassionate and gentle.He explained my treatments and what I needed to have done. I have never ever had any pain in any of the treatments he has done. Great staff but terrible billing system. I have been sent 30 day, 60 day and 90day notices in the same day in the same envelope. For bills I've already paid. I have called them to ask and they can clearly see I have paid the bills. I just got a call today saying that the way they told me to pay confused them, so they need me to send them more information and re pay them because it messed up in their system.

whatever you do, run.. Joseph Banker should be banned from the dental industry. The only work I wanted him to perform, was to replace my bridges that were getting old. During the visit, he noticed I had porcelain veneers, he probably saw dollar signs!! He convinced me that my teeth under my laminates were rotting so I would have to replace all those as well. That was a complete lie, when he removed my veneers, he showed me my teeth, they were completely healthy! this is where the nightmare began. .He does not know how to use... read more

All of the Staff at Dental 365 Watchung are great! They are very professional and very attentive to nervous nelly's like me. I have been going to them for a while and the doctor and hygienist, Ashley are very patient and thorough. I will continue going to this office and recommend to my family and friends.

A moment ago I have been going to this dentist for years and until recently I would NEVER go back. I had an appointment however was unable to make that appointment as instructed I called to cancel and was given another appointment months later. I asked to be placed on the list if an appointment opens up sooner. I received a call 2 weeks later that a sooner appointment opened up. I took that appointment. My family dentist referred me to Miller Oral surgeon. From the first time my experience was good. Front desk associate were very nice. Had removed impacted 4 wisdom teeth. 3 of them were easy going and healed on time. 1 of the teeth had dry socket and gave me follow up appointments until it’s healed. So overall good experience with this surgeon.

I have been a patient at this location for a year… yes the staff is very friendly I will give them a 5 star rating on that but I’m not coming to the dentist to just get friendly service. My complaint is I had to have 2 crowns. They were NOT done by the same person and yet I have issues with both of them and they are NOT fixing the problem.. I have called several times to address the issues, they make an appt they look at it and tell me to followup in a couple weeks after 5 times you would think it would be fixed by now. I... read more

Just love my visits to Galloway Dental. The staffing is fabulous from the front desk with Maureen and Lynn to my hygienist Chris and of course Dr. Klein. The office is lovely, always so clean. Very welcoming with plants at front door. THey have handled the Covid issues very well. This office should be commended for going way beyond expectations.
