Great staff but terrible billing system. I have been sent 30 day, 60 day and 90day notices in the same day in the same envelope. For bills I've already paid. I have called them to ask and they can clearly see I have paid the bills. I just got a call today saying that the way they told me to pay confused them, so they need me to send them more information and re pay them because it messed up in their system.
