Today was my first appt here ladies in the front were amazing & helpful walked me through forms they are very welcoming here. The atmosphere feels great my next visit will be a cleaning and very minor filling. Thank you Foundation dental for great greetings will be here from now on & will recommend u to my familia 👍🏾👍🏾
Unprofessional staff: I arrived early for my appointment and stood in line past my appointment time because the woman at the front desk was gossiping with patients about how the entire staff was recently fired and explaining in great detail why. The second woman at the counter who eventually came to help me (while the other girl continued to gossip with patients) was visibly stressed trying to catch up and check me in on a system she seemed to be still being trained on. Made appointment in advamce. Show up midday to be told .Doc not in today. And going Automated. I got a text as am waiting in the lobby to make it on time as they get busy! The 3 Senioritas in the picture were chatting in Spanish.doing nails. When i asked if they need anything from me since nobody talked to me. And i was the single person there. Very weird.
