I was told about you by a coworker. I reached out to you guys about a month ago so I couple get my taxes completed. However after speaking with Linda Edwards and sending all of my confidential information including social security and bank information I have yet to hear back from anyone even after my multiple attempts to reach out for an update. I have emailed. I have left messages on your social media messages etc and have still yet to hear back from anyone...

There is an angry administrative assistant at the front desk name Diana Leal that doesn’t know how to communicate well with people. If you have a question about your tax return she rudely states be patient wait 5-7 business days. She won’t allow you to finish your sentences and talks over you with this superior complex. I will be contacting her supervisor regarding this matter. The volunteer tax consultants use numbers that are google subscribe, so you have to wait 2-3 days before getting a hold of someone.
