Mom went here for a disabilities benefits exam and she's on a walker they made her sit outside on a bench to fill out paperwork and won't help her in, no other doctors office has done this. They have chairs inside. The nurse wouldn't even offer to help my mom up the curb,she told my mom to just walk down also a block to come up the sidewalk when I would have taken a few seconds to help us but no. Dr. Henson is very thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant, I am always pleased with the results after a visit. The staff at Foundation are so friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and well laid out.
