Foundation Chiropractic provided an exceptional level of care during one of the most physically challenging experiences I’ve had. I saw Dr. Chuck Mitzelfeld on Monday for severe lower back pain that came out of nowhere, I had no prior injuries, but suddenly couldn’t drive, walk without a walker, lift my legs, or function normally. Went for a DOT physical for my job, staff was very nice and accommodating. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes, highly recommended if getting DOT physical.
