Roberto and his team are amazing. We live in the mountains and have had some issues with our car and Roberto and his team have driven up several loaners for us to use in the meantime.
This place is a disaster. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for 4 recall items, including one they unsuccessfully tried to fix before. When I arrived, they said “ok, we’ll get you that oil change.” (I have an electric car that I bought from them.) Only then did they tell me the parts need to be back ordered. I didn’t have an appointment and my check engine light came on, so I stopped by Foundation Cadillac — and I was so happy to see that Roberto was there again! Previously, he helped me when my transmission needed to be replaced under warranty. He handled the entire process with ease, helped me get a rental car, and kept me updated every step of the way.
