I was stuck in traffic this morning because a crew in Branford blocked a busy main road while backing a large truck with no flagger, cones, or proper traffic control. Cars were backed up around a curve, creating a dangerous situation. On top of that, I could hear workers yelling profanities at someone. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
I came in to get prices for materials so I can build a shed and when I went into the office I was shocked by the unprofessional and obnoxious yelling and cussing coming from what I was told was the manager. This was not appropriate and I am very upset with the store. I will not be shopping here for anything anymore and will not be saying any good words about this place. I was told to go here and will never go here again. Very unprofessional
I called the Bridgeport store to ask about prices and delivery times for a pallet. I was connected to someone who said they spoke Spanish, but they claimed not to understand me and then spoke disrespectfully, saying I had to speak English. The call was ended without providing any information. ⭐☆☆☆☆
Robert was packing out the store and stop to helped me and then loaded my truck. In and out in 5 mins. Great service
