I came into the Bridgeport FBM to get materials with my wife… it couldn’t have been a worse experience if they tried, the guy in the back office was screaming at the top of his lungs cussing and smashing the desk with his fists. I’m not sure what his role is, but I’m not going to support a company that allows people like him to do that with customers In the store, scaring my wife and I am contemplating pressing charges for harassment with how extensive it was. I was stuck in traffic this morning because a crew in Branford blocked a busy main road while backing a large truck with no flagger, cones, or proper traffic control. Cars were backed up around a curve, creating a dangerous situation. On top of that, I could hear workers yelling profanities at someone. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
I came in to get prices for materials so I can build a shed and when I went into the office I was shocked by the unprofessional and obnoxious yelling and cussing coming from what I was told was the manager. This was not appropriate and I am very upset with the store. I will not be shopping here for anything anymore and will not be saying any good words about this place. I was told to go here and will never go here again. Very unprofessional
I called the Bridgeport store to ask about prices and delivery times for a pallet. I was connected to someone who said they spoke Spanish, but they claimed not to understand me and then spoke disrespectfully, saying I had to speak English. The call was ended without providing any information. ⭐☆☆☆☆
Robert was packing out the store and stop to helped me and then loaded my truck. In and out in 5 mins. Great service
