Great and easy placing the order....delivery was precise and on time. Driver and crew extremely professional in getting all the ordered sheetrock into the home - on all levels. Terrific company.
**Unpleasant Experience - Possible Discrimination** I had a very negative experience with this company. I requested a quote and was told I could pay with a debit card. After accepting the terms, the manager simply denied the agreed-upon payment method, demanding a bank check without giving a valid reason. I believe I was discriminated against because I am Latino, as the treatment was unfair and without explanation. I wasted a week and was treated with disrespect. I do not recommend.
I would like to take a second to thank FBM/Danny who is my rep. We purchase our materials from here and they are always responsive, offer competitive pricing, and in general go out of their way to accommodate requests. When mistakes happen which is the case with any business, they own it and work diligently to correct them. This is very important to me because many vendors/suppliers do not. Thanks Danny and FBM.
Awful customer service. Don’t even bother. No one knows what their doing and you drive an hour an they don’t have what they say they had. They are liars.
