The old guy working the forklift is a disgrace to human decency. I am sure he’s old enough to know how to treat people with respect and still choses to disrespect and be rude to drivers. What a disgusting outlook for the business. He yells at drivers for no reason, never smiles, and has an attitude of an angry toddler.
