One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any store I’ve been to. Walked in looking for a simple 1 1/4-inch box of screws and was met with nothing but cold stares—no greeting, no offer to help, nothing. The staff acted like I didn’t belong there. On top of that, the store looked more like a daycare than a place of business—kids wandering around, some literally sleeping on the floor.
