Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Dangerous – The Fountains of Millenia Is a Nightmare If I could give The Fountains of Millenia zero stars, I absolutely would. From the first day I moved in until the day I left, this place was nothing but problems. It started with a maintenance Jason Dove. worker who harassed me. I reported it to the office, but they ignored me because one of the office staff was having an affair with him. There delivery drivers are not just inconsiderate, they are dangerously aggressive. On their phones while operating boom trucks with thousands of pounds of materials. Attaching a picture of their Orlando, FL yards driver who specifically said I would be doing him a favor if he got fired. #makehimfamous. Also , they love blocking roads and not using proper OSHA approved regulations.
Acoustic ceiling division leaves a little to be desired. 25% return fee, you're not good for a repeat customer.
I think anyone who would give this place any rating less than 5 star, have never ever been in any other building suppliers. There is no way you can be in construction industry and be not 100% satisfied with this place.
